The Urban Renewal Authority (“URA”) is inviting contractors to apply for prequalification for the Main Contract for Superstructure Works for Project DL-11:YTM - Proposed Development at Nos. 5-13 Ash Street, Tai Kok Tsui.
For interested parties, please submit the duly completed reply form (including Parts A, B, C and D) and supporting documents in an envelope marked “Application for Pre-qualification for Main Contract for Superstructure Works for Project DL-11:YTM -Proposed Development at Nos. 5-13 Ash Street, Tai Kok Tsui” and addressed to “Mr. Anderson Leung, Director, Works and Contracts, Urban Renewal Authority at 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong” or fax to 2588 2519 before 12:00 noon on 20 May 2024 (Monday). Late submissions will not be considered.
